Calvin & Lisha only toured one venue and knew straight away that they wanted to get married on top of this mountain at Intiem Venue. Their day was so intimate with just 40 guests and a comfy reception with only couches scattered around with canapes as the main course. This was one of my favourite weddings I have ever captured, the venue is every photographer’s dream to shoot at and not to mention the couple being playful and joyful to work with.
If there is something I took away from this wedding it would be these tips:
- Only invite them if you can’t imagine the day without them.
- Your day should be what you want it to be, no ritual or custom should be forced upon you just to conform to society’s standards.
- Get to know your photographer beforehand so that when the day comes, you feel comfortable in front of their lens. We can only capture your true emotions & if you feel awkward…you will look awkward!
I can’t recommend this venue enough, not only to couples but also to photographers. It should be on your bucket list to capture a wedding at this venue. The staff, the food, the views and the vibes are off the charts!
