Hands down choosing a good MC for your wedding is one of the most important things you can do to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothy and according to plan.

So here is how your Galagos on the day Coordinator will assist in ensuring your MC’s job runs smoothly:
- Knowing the MC.
During your final meeting 2 weeks before you’re wedding the coordinator will ensure that she knows who the MC is and that she has details to get in touch with the MC, before and/or on the day of your wedding.
- Presence, Presence, Presence…
Your coordinator will stand by your MC’s side from arrival till the end of all the formalities ensuring everything happens according to your planned timeline. The coordinator will also ensure that all details and arrangements are clearly communicated to guests throughout.
- Queuing and coordinating in the background
On the day of your wedding your coordinator will link the MC with the details of what is happening in the background. The coordinator will communicate to the MC when the bride is ready for the ceremony to begin, when the food is ready during reception and when last rounds should be called.
