Courtney’s Wedding Day: A Sun-Kissed Celebration of Love!
There are some brides you connect with long before the big day through trials and meetings, but sometimes, the true enchantment happens on the day itself! That was exactly the case with my beautiful bride, Courtney, whom I only met on the morning of her actual wedding, as we had no bridal makeup trial beforehand!
It was a sunny day, the air filled with excitement and love as we arrived at the stunning De Harte venue. The rays of sunshine seemed to perfectly match the joyful energy of the day. Courtney’s bridal party was buzzing with anticipation, and from the moment I met her, I knew it was going to be a day to remember.
For Courtney’s makeup, I wanted to an adapted version of my signature softglam, enhancing her features without overpowering them. It’s all about balance on a wedding day, especially when you meet the bride for the first time! I was so grateful to have two of my talented mentees from my #makeup #mentorship #program, @monamakeupandbeauty and @ursulasetaromakeupandhair, by my side to assist- you guys were just amazing! Together, we ensured everything flowed smoothly and beautifully.
The hair was pure Sculpted couture, done to perfection as always by @by_armon assisted by the lovely @louise_mrskruger.
Photography was in the hands of the talented @heuningsoetphotography and @capturingcontentsa, who captured every joyful moment of the day. Their lens told a story of love, laughter, and sun-soaked happiness that we were all lucky to be a part of.
Courtney’s wedding was a reminder of why I love what I do. Whether it’s months of planning or a spontaneous connection on the day, the goal is always the same: to make a bride feel her most beautiful and confident. Here’s to Courtney and her new adventure, one that started on a perfectly sunny day, filled with love, sunshine, and happiness.
