You Can’t Out Train a Bad Diet

Have you ever heard of this quote:  YOU CAN’T OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET. 

I want to give you 1 thing to think about and it’s quite shocking.  A 100g of Lays Chips are 523 calories.  A grilled KFC Wrap is also just over 500 calories and that is without chips.  It takes you 30 minutes to burn 500 calories with exercises like running, HIIT workout and BodyWeight workout.  
I know there are a lot of people saying that they exercise so they can afford to eat junk food on weekends. But how long or how much exercise do you have to do to burn a whole weekend’s bad decisions?
