The inspiration and theme of this styled shoot was “Love is in the Air”. The organiser, Kobus Vermaak, literally took it to the ‘sky’ with the models swinging from wooden swings suspended to the roof of the venue, to the tunes of the famous song – “Love is in the air”!
Needless, to say there was loads of fun and laughter.
The colour scheme was periwinkle blue with soft touches of pink and olive green. The look was simple, yet classic chic.
The team of creatives that pulled it all together were:
Ironrose Handcrafted Imagery
Barbara together with Eliza beautifully crafted and artistically captured all of the “Love is in the Air” moments.

The bride, bridesmaids and flower girl’s hair was beautifully done up by Yolandi, from Exclusive Bridal Hair
Vanessa Fanfoni Haute Couture designed the wedding gown, bridesmaid dress, flower girl’s dresses and bow-tie for our ring-bearer. The girls had a ball twirling in their beautiful dresses.
Was beautifully done by Samantha Gage Kruger. The look for the bride and bridesmaid was designed for a little bit of dramatic effect. The trending “glitter” make-up look for parties and events, was applied towards the end of the shoot to the Bridesmaids face.
Loraine designed and delicately hand made the beautiful detail on the wedding cake, cake pops, macarons, and handcrafted biscuits. She also made the cake that was passed in mid-air between the bride and bridesmaid!
San-Marie made the handcrafted Belgian Chocolates for the thank-you gifts and menus, and also designed the beautiful wrappers for each.
